The decay of these materials, due to weathering effect, shortens the life and strength of the concrete work. With the Government ban on dredging sand from river beds, natural and acceptable sand is in acute shortage for construction activities. The long term substitute for river sand is sand that is manufactured to the required specifications

Our sand making machines offer the best solution with a good quality output. The manufactured sand has cubical particles or spherical particles which can be generated with our machine process. With our process of cleavage breaking of the stone particle, the surface becomes more smooth as against undesired cubical or angular shapes with or rough textures causing honeycombing problems in the concrete.. This makes fine unsuitable for concrete construction work. Such issues are avoided with sand manufactured with our machines.
